Ms. Ritah Nakkusi holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration & Management, specialising in Accounting & Finance.

Her key responsibilities include: Effecting payment processes, maintenance and regular update of a comprehensive filing system in the accounts department, preparing cash control reconciliations and ensuring UDN’s compliance with statutory obligations.

Grace UDN 2Ms Grace Kobusingye is a dynamic development worker who works under the UDN Community Engagement and Empowerment Programme. She is a self-motivated professional with a rich experience acquired in areas of Development and social work. She has worked closely in areas of advocacy, social accountability, community empowerment, networking while linking the CSOs and Government institutions as well as a human rights activist. 
 
She has also spent much of her time building capacities of other partners in Social Accountability tools, Community Mobilization, Facilitating trainings, building relationships and partnerships with both CSOs and government institutions, linking the communities with both local and national level governments.
 
Grace adapts easily to new situations with an ability to work independently as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in cross-cultural settings and multi-national environment. She successfully handles a wide range of functions using a combination of creative, organizational and writing skills.

 Ssempijja JamesJames has experience in policy analysis, budget analysis and road sector big data science and planning. Previously, he worked with Great Lakes Institute for strategic Studies (GLISS) and is currently working with UDN as a Road Sector Research Fellow under the policy Analysis and Governance (PAG) department to coordinate policy research and program reviews at both national and sub-national levels with regard to Development Aid and CSOs advocacy in the road sector. James holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University.

Mugisha MichealMr. Mugisha has extensive work experience with Government International Organizations such as Korea International Cooperation Agency, British Council and his currently working with UDN as a Health Sector Research Fellow under the Citizens Engagement and Empowerment (CEE) department to make health sector policy action research in UDN and ensure that the organization has consistent analytical policy positions, high quality engagement with the policy makers including Parliament, Ministry of Finance, Health institutions, National medical stores. Mugisha is passionate about research for development, policy analysis, project development monitoring and evaluation, writing articles and briefs. He holds a Masters in Development Policy form KDI School of Public Policy and Management in South Korea and a Bachelor’s Degree in Ethics and Development Studies form Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi.

shimimaana Jenice - UDN Communication Officer

Ms. Ishimimaana Jenice is currently working with Uganda Debt Network (UDN) as an M&E Assistant.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies at St. Lawrence University and is pursuing a Post graduate diploma in monitoring and evaluation at Uganda Management Institute (UMI).
